No account is required – guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you view your order history, track previous shipments and save your details for future orders.
A valid delivery address, an email address for your confirmation, and payment details. For EU deliveries no additional documentation is normally required. For orders outside the EU, contact us before purchasing to confirm any local import requirements.
An order confirmation email with your order number and a summary is sent immediately after a successful purchase. If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@peptidium.world
Changes or cancellations can be requested before the order is dispatched. Contact support@peptidium.world as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been packed and handed to the carrier, we can no longer change it.
Yes. Compounds from across the catalogue can be added to one order and checked out together. All items in an order ship together in one parcel from our Lithuanian fulfilment centre, subject to stock availability.
No. Single vials can be purchased. Free shipping is included always.

All orders ship from our fulfilment centre in Europe. We deliver to all EU member states as standard, free of charge. Shipping outside the EU may be possible, additional shipping fees might apply – contact support@peptidium.world before ordering to confirm availability and rates for your country.
Free tracked EU shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order – no code needed.
Yes. Every order ships with full carrier tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you once the carrier scans the parcel, and you can also check the status on our order tracking page.
Yes. Thermal protection is standard on every order, not a paid upgrade. All parcels leave our fulfilment centre with cold-chain insulation to protect compound integrity in transit.
No. Orders are shipped in plain outer packaging. Only your delivery address and our return address are visible on the outside.

COAs & Quality
Certificates of Analysis, testing method and batch traceability.
A COA is a document from an analytical laboratory confirming the identity and purity of a specific batch. Every Baltic Peptides production batch is tested by an independent external laboratory, using HPLC, and the COA is published on our website before purchase.
Testing is carried out by an independent external laboratory, which has no commercial interest in the result. The only exceptions are two compounds currently marked “In-house” on the COA page while their third-party results are pending; these are clearly labelled.
Yes. Each production run has its own certificate – not a rolling average, an old batch’s document or a generic product sheet. The batch reference on your packing slip matches a published COA.
Rather than a headline claim, we publish the exact result for every batch. Most of our compounds test at 99% or higher by HPLC, and each batch’s certificate is on the website while that batch is on sale.
HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography), performed by an independent laboratory, is our primary method and the standard technique for measuring peptide purity. Some batches also include mass spectrometry data confirming molecular identity.

Most peptides are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, the most stable format for storage and transit. A few compounds are supplied as prepared solutions and reconstitution solution is supplied as a liquid. The format is stated on each product page.
Keep lyophilised powder dry and away from light: −20 °C for long-term storage, or 2–8 °C for a few weeks. Once reconstituted, keep solutions at 2–8 °C, use them within the time stated on the product page, and avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Check each product page and COA for compound-specific guidance.
Compounds are grouped by structural or pharmacological class: growth-hormone-axis peptides, thymic and tissue peptides, mitochondrial compounds, neuropeptides, short peptides and copper complexes, melanocortin and kisspeptin analogues, and incretin receptor agonists.
More than 50 compounds across vials, sprays, cremes and nootropics. The catalogue is reviewed and expanded periodically – register for alerts on a product page to hear about restocks and new launches.
No. All compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption or clinical application. They are not medicines, supplements or food products.

Payments & Billing
Payment methods, security, invoices and refunds.
Several payment methods are available; the options for your order are shown at checkout. The checkout is encrypted and we do not store financial data after the transaction.
Yes. The checkout is fully encrypted, and payment data is handled by our payment processor rather than stored on our systems. Look for the padlock and HTTPS in your browser’s address bar.
Yes. A receipt is emailed automatically when you order. If you need a formal VAT invoice or a specific format for institutional purposes, contact support@peptidium.world with your order number and requirements.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact support@peptidium.world with your order number and a description of the issue. Because of the nature of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned. Cases are handled individually, with a response within one business day.
