Terms of Sale and Website Use

 Peptidium Biotec LLC

Effective date: 01.06.2026

These Terms govern purchases of research materials from Peptidium Biotec LLC through https://peptidium.world and use of our website. They apply to private individuals, businesses, and research institutions. Products are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory research. Mandatory rights that applicable law gives you remain unaffected.

1 Seller and contact details

Peptidium Biotec LLC

8051 North Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, Florida 34243

United States of America.

Company registration number: L25000407204.

Customer service and legal notices: info @ peptidium.world

In these Terms, “Peptidium,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peptidium Biotec LLC. “You” refers to the purchaser or website user. A “consumer” is a person entitled to consumer protection under the law applicable to the transaction. A “business customer” purchases for business, professional, or institutional purposes. Buying a research product does not, by itself, remove consumer status.

2 Eligibility and permitted research use

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract under applicable law, and provide accurate identity, contact, payment, and delivery information. If you order for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.

Our products are supplied solely as materials for lawful laboratory research. They are not supplied for human consumption or administration, self-experimentation, clinical use, or veterinary treatment or diagnosis. You must not market or use them as medicines, dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics. References to biological pathways, published studies, or potential research applications do not authorize those uses.

You must have access to the expertise, facilities, protective equipment, and permissions necessary to receive, handle, store, use, and dispose of the product safely and lawfully. A private purchaser must meet the same research-use requirements as an institutional purchaser.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, intended use, or compliance before accepting an order. We may decline an order where this information is insufficient, a transaction is prohibited, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse. We will not retain payment for an order we decline. After acceptance, cancellation is governed by section 14 and applicable law.

3 Product descriptions and scientific information

The product description, quantity, composition, stated specifications, storage conditions, and other characteristics identified at checkout form part of the agreed purchase. Any expressly promised documentation forms part of that agreement. We will not substitute a different compound, formulation, or quantity without your agreement.

Scientific references describe findings obtained under particular study conditions. They do not establish that the supplied product will reproduce those findings. Unless expressly included in the agreed specifications, we do not promise a particular experimental outcome or suitability for a particular protocol.

A certificate of analysis or other technical document, where supplied, relates only to the material, batch, and attributes it identifies. A reported purity value does not, by itself, establish sterility, absence of endotoxins, clinical safety, or regulatory approval. No such attribute should be assumed unless expressly stated and supported for the relevant product.

These explanations do not override an agreed specification, an express representation on which you may legally rely, or mandatory requirements concerning product quality, safety, description, or fitness for purpose.

4 Orders and formation of the contract

Product listings invite you to place an order. You can review and correct the products, quantities, delivery details, and charges before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. By submitting the order, you offer to purchase on the Terms presented at checkout.

An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order and is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we send an email expressly confirming acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. A payment authorization alone is not acceptance. We will provide confirmation of the contract and a copy of the applicable Terms by email or another format you can retain.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of unavailability, failed payment or verification, a material listing error, or a legal restriction. We will notify you and promptly refund any amount collected. We will not charge a corrected price without your agreement. After acceptance, an error does not give us an unrestricted right to change or cancel the contract.

Individual terms expressly agreed in writing take precedence where they conflict with these Terms, subject to mandatory law. A customer's purchase-order terms do not automatically replace these Terms.

5 Prices payment and international charges

The checkout identifies the payment currency, product price, shipping charge, taxes collected by us, and total payable to us. Applicable consumer price-display requirements will be observed. Available payment methods and the time at which payment is collected are stated before you submit the order. Optional extras require your express agreement.

International delivery may involve import taxes, customs duties, or handling charges. Before ordering, you will be informed whether those charges are included and whether any amount is payable separately. Where a charge cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will explain its nature and calculation basis where available. Your payment provider may impose its own disclosed currency conversion charges.

The identity of the importer of record and any customer obligation to obtain a permit or complete an import procedure must be identified before the order is concluded. You are responsible only for obligations lawfully allocated to you and disclosed before purchase. We remain responsible for our own export, product, tax, and documentation obligations. These Terms do not automatically appoint every consumer as a commercial importer.

We do not understate shipment values, falsely describe products, or mark commercial purchases as gifts. Promotional conditions, if applicable, will be disclosed before purchase and do not reduce statutory rights.

6 Delivery destinations timing and risk

We ship only to supported destinations within Europe, Asia, and Africa. The destinations and products available for your delivery address are identified at checkout. A region being served does not mean that every country or every product is eligible. We do not ship to destinations outside those regions.

The applicable dispatch and delivery period, shipping charges, and any special handling arrangements will be shown before purchase. Unless another delivery period is expressly agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is concluded.

If a delay arises, we will notify you and explain the available options. Your rights to set an additional reasonable delivery deadline, cancel immediately where legally permitted, or obtain a refund remain unaffected. If we cannot lawfully deliver, section 14 applies. Customs processing does not automatically remove our responsibility for delivery.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Any mandatory rule giving you greater protection prevails. For business customers, risk likewise passes on physical delivery unless a different shipping term is expressly agreed in writing.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and arrange prompt receipt where storage conditions require it. If a delivery fails because of information you supplied or your failure to meet a disclosed lawful import obligation, we will contact you. Any claim for additional costs must reflect reasonable, documented loss attributable to you, be permitted by law, and take account of our duty to mitigate that loss. A failed delivery does not automatically forfeit the purchase price.

7 Receipt storage and handling

Please inspect the shipment promptly and contact us if the contents appear incorrect, damaged, leaking, or inconsistent with the stated transport conditions. Where safe, retain the packaging and provide photographs and the order or batch number to assist our investigation. This request does not impose a shorter statutory claim period or make photographs the only acceptable evidence.

Follow the supplied storage, handling, safety, and disposal instructions. Do not use material reasonably suspected to be damaged or compromised until the concern is resolved. Seek return instructions before sending a leaking, contaminated, or otherwise hazardous shipment.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused solely by mishandling or storage contrary to adequate instructions after risk has passed to you. This does not excuse a defect present at delivery, inadequate instructions, or a failure on our part to comply with the contract or applicable law.

8 Consumer withdrawal and cancellation

This section explains cancellation rights for consumers where the applicable law grants a cooling-off period, including qualifying distance sales governed by EU, EEA, or UK consumer rules. Any longer period or more favorable mandatory local rule prevails. Consumers in other destinations retain the cancellation rights granted by the law applicable to their purchase. No research-use declaration waives these rights.

Where the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item; for one product delivered in lots or pieces, it runs from receipt of the last lot or piece. You may notify us before delivery as well. Any legally required extension for missing information applies.

To withdraw, send a clear statement to info @ peptidium.world or to our postal address in section 1. You may use the form at the end of these Terms, but it is not compulsory. Sending your notice before the deadline is sufficient. You do not need our prior approval or a return authorization number to exercise a statutory right.

After notifying us, send the goods to the company without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notification, unless a longer period applies. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it expires. We will provide safe return instructions where needed; administrative processing will not shorten your legal deadline. You bear the direct return cost only if we disclosed that obligation before purchase and applicable law permits it. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, any required return-cost estimate will be given before purchase.

We will refund payments due following withdrawal, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered, without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your notice. We need not reimburse the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you selected. Unless we offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive them or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and incur no fee as a result.

You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics, and functioning, but only to the extent permitted by law and after the required information has been given. We do not charge a restocking fee for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

Any exception to withdrawal will be identified for the relevant product before purchase and applied only where its legal conditions are met. Depending on applicable law, exceptions may concern genuinely personalized goods, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods that are legally unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A product's research-only status, storage temperature, or broken seal does not automatically establish an exception. Defect and nonconformity rights remain unaffected.

If no statutory withdrawal right applies, a change-of-mind return is available only under a return policy expressly offered before purchase or a subsequent written agreement. This does not affect remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.

9 Defects nonconformity and consumer remedies

We are responsible for supplying goods that comply with the contract and applicable legal requirements. Please report a suspected problem using the contact details in section 1 and provide information reasonably available to you. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, rejection, or termination with a refund. We will bear the return and replacement costs where required for a valid claim. Your right to contact us is not conditional on first making a claim against a carrier or manufacturer.

Where EU consumer sales law applies, goods benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity, generally covering a lack of conformity existing at delivery that becomes apparent within at least two years. Longer national periods and additional remedies remain available where applicable. This legal protection is not a promise that a consumable research material has a two-year usable shelf life; its agreed characteristics, appropriate storage, and stated shelf life remain relevant.

Any commercial warranty is additional to statutory protection. The expiry of a commercial warranty, or the absence of one, does not remove statutory rights. No part of these Terms restricts mandatory local remedies available to consumers in any destination.

10 Additional provisions for business customers

This section applies only to business customers and remains subject to section 11. Inspect goods within a reasonable time and notify us of a discovered nonconformity within a reasonable time after discovery. Any agreed inspection procedure must not prevent a claim for a defect that could not reasonably be detected on receipt.

We warrant that goods will conform on delivery to the expressly agreed specifications. For a valid nonconformity claim, we will, at our option, replace the affected goods or refund their purchase price and applicable delivery charges within a reasonable time. This does not exclude a remedy that mandatory law requires or a remedy available where a contractual remedy fails of its essential purpose.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS ONLY: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED. THIS EXCLUSION DOES NOT NEGATE AN EXPRESS WARRANTY OR AGREED PRODUCT SPECIFICATION AND DOES NOT APPLY TO CONSUMERS.

Business customers have no contractual change-of-mind cancellation right after acceptance unless we expressly agree otherwise. Mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for our breach remain unaffected.

11 Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory product liability. Nothing limits a consumer's statutory rights or remedies.

For consumers, our liability is governed by applicable law. We do not impose a purchase-price liability cap or a general waiver of consumer claims.

For business customers only, and subject to the preceding exceptions, our aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the total amount paid or payable for that order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable to business customers for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from interrupted experiments. This limitation does not reduce an express obligation to refund payments due or apply where mandatory law requires a different result.

A purchaser's misuse or breach does not excuse our own actionable conduct. Any allocation or reduction of liability for loss caused by misuse will be determined under applicable law.

12 Website content and acceptable use

You may access the website and retain product information reasonably necessary to assess a purchase, comply with handling instructions, or exercise your rights. Content, branding, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Any use permitted by applicable copyright law remains permitted.

You must not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software, obtain unauthorized access, or materially disrupt its operation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

General scientific content is provided for research information and is not individualized medical, veterinary, or experimental advice. External publications and websites are controlled by their respective publishers. This does not affect responsibility for our own descriptions or statements that form part of a purchase.

13 Personal information and communications

Our Privacy Notice at https://peptidium.world/legal%2F-disclaimer-1 explains how we collect and use personal information, including information needed for order fulfillment and lawful eligibility checks. These Terms do not constitute blanket consent to marketing or to optional data processing.

We send order, delivery, and other necessary contractual notices to the contact details you provide. Any consent required for electronic communications or marketing will be obtained separately. You can save the Terms and contract confirmation for your records.

14 Suspension and events affecting performance

We may restrict website or account access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, prohibited use, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and allow you to resolve the issue. A restriction does not extinguish valid refund, delivery, warranty, or complaint rights.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects performance, we will notify you promptly, take reasonable steps to limit its effects, and explain available remedies. Such an event does not automatically authorize us to retain payment for undelivered goods or override a consumer's delivery or cancellation rights.

After accepting an order, we may cancel only where permitted by the contract and applicable law, including where performance is unlawful or impossible, or you commit a material breach that remains unresolved after any legally required opportunity to remedy it. We will explain the grounds and promptly return amounts that are legally due. We have no unrestricted right to cancel an accepted order for convenience.

15 Governing law complaints and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, subject to mandatory rules that apply to the transaction. For consumers, this choice does not deprive you of protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you, including qualifying protections of your country of habitual residence. You retain any mandatory right to bring proceedings in your local courts. We do not require consumers to arbitrate or waive collective rights as a condition of purchase.

For business customers only, disputes will be subject to the competent state or federal courts in Florida, to the extent a jurisdiction agreement is permitted by applicable law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded to the extent its exclusion is permitted.

You may send a complaint to info @ peptidium.world or our postal address. We will review it and respond without undue delay. Contacting us first does not shorten a limitation period or prevent you from exercising legal rights. Where applicable law requires information about a competent dispute-resolution body or participation in a procedure, we will provide that information and comply with that requirement.

16 Changes language and remaining provisions

The version presented when you place an order governs that purchase. Changes apply prospectively and will not reduce rights under an existing contract without a valid legal basis and any agreement required by law.

The contract language is the language identified at checkout. We will supply information in any language required by applicable law. An English-language version does not displace mandatory local language or interpretation requirements.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where the contract can lawfully operate without it. An invalid consumer term will not be rewritten merely to preserve an unlawful restriction. A delay in exercising a right does not, by itself, waive that right.

Consumer withdrawal form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from a purchase. You may instead send any other clear statement exercising your right. This form does not limit any additional rights under applicable law.
